What Does Gold Do in Survive The Swarm?

Walk into the portal to bank what you have, or stay out and risk losing the whole stack. There is also the Campaign to work through toward the GAUNTLET, a 20 map run, plus Infinite Dungeons where you go looking for mythical crystals to forge Mythical Gear. Co-op counts too: clear a map with friends and everyone clears it together.
